We are a charter tour company. We don’t have a set schedule tour that you buy a ticket to join. We tailor make each of our tours to suit our clients, rather than the other way around.
Naturally, this makes it difficult to quote a set prices for our tours; it depends what the customer wants included, how many are in the group and other variables.
Example 1
A group of 20 friends would like to celebrate the 50th birthday of one of them.
We arrange a day of sightseeing, wine appreciation at some of the gorgeous boutique wineries of Margaret River with Behind the Scenes insights, and a delicious lunch at Voyager Estate, followed by a visit to the Karri Forest and art gallery. The tour starts when the group are picked up at 10:00am and they are dropped off back to their Margaret River accommodation at 5:00pm.
The whole day costs $85 per person*, including the lunch and wine tastings.
Example 2
A couple want to celebrate their wedding anniversary on a private tour.
They enjoy the romance of exclusive use of our Statesman car, attentive personal service from the driver/guide, personal insights into Margaret River and the Hidden Gems of the wine industry, magnificent coastal scenery, a lovely lunch at Voyager Estate, a visit to the Boranup gallery and the Karri forest. They are picked up at !0:30am from their Margaret River accommodation and dropped back there at 5:00pm.
The day costs $345* per person.
Example 3
A group of 5 want to explore Margaret River on their first visit.
They want to see beyond the tourist façade and they are particularly interested in the wines and the natural environment. They prefer a low key lunch. They are picked up from their Margaret River accommodation at 10:00am. They visit a number of wineries before enjoying a delicious BBQ lunch at one of them. They spend the afternoon exploring the Leeuwin Naturalise National Park by luxury 4 wheel drive in the hands of an experienced driver/guide. They enjoy beautiful forest, secluded beaches, wildflowers and short bushwalks. They are returned to their Margaret River accommodation at 5:00pm.
The day cost $155* per person, including the lunch.
Example 4
Two couples love the idea of a lazy quiet day spent in the wilderness and solitude of the Blackwood River.
They are picked up from their Margaret River accommodation at 10:00am. They are given a short safety briefing at the river and then they set off downstream in the ‘Superduck’ dinghy, enjoying the birdlife and the quiet wide waters of the river. The dinghy is very stable and safe, is fully licensed and insured and is very easy to operate. (For people hesitant about boating alone, we can accompany you on the trip if required). Our couples have a beautiful hamper lunch and drinks on board for them to enjoy at their leisure. They are met at Augusta at the end of their journey and returned to their accommodation by 5:00pm.
